Henry O’Hair

Henry O’Hair - Construction Superintendent
Tenacious & Committed

Growing up on job sites piqued Henry’s interest at a young age to pursue construction. While serving in the United States Naval Construction Battalions, better known as the Navy Seabees, he ran construction projects in Japan and Papua New Guinea. Henry founded his own general contracting company in Seattle while simultaneously attending college and earning a degree from the ITT Technical Institute. His expertise in AutoCAD, drafting, and architectural design adds value to every project he manages.

Henry’s curiosity and tenacity led him to also explore the medical field and earned a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked as an emergency room tech. He taps into his creative side too with a CAD-designed woodworking shop where he produced art, signage, and puzzles. Today, Henry is back in the construction industry integrating all of his expertise.

With his 20+ year background in building custom homes, Jameson is adroit at dealing with difficult customers and issues. As he sees it, if he can deal with a screaming homeowner, working with loyal clients at Apex is a breeze.

A father of 4, Jameson has also learned the power of patience and understanding.
