A proud third generation veteran of the building industry, Jameson grew up knowing that he too could transform bare lots into customers’ dreams. As an Assistant Superintendent, he’s in charge of material management, cost control, clear communication, and schedule management.

With his 20+ year background in building custom homes, Jameson is adroit at dealing with difficult customers and issues. As he sees it, if he can deal with a screaming homeowner, working with loyal clients at Apex is a breeze.

A father of 4, Jameson has also learned the power of patience and understanding.

Fostering Solid Partnerships

Terry’s connection to our team goes back to 1993 when he first started working with John Anderson. A constant thread in his business and life is relationships: he fosters solid partnerships.

Starting on job sites as a laborer, superintendent and project manager Terry mastered key building skills eventually earning his general contractor’s license in California and is a qualifying employee for Apex Construction.

As a Senior Project Manager, he oversees Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR), new construction, remodel, and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. Client communication, material purchase, subcontractor coordination, permit process, and coordination of building inspections.

Owen Brinkley

Owen Brinkley is a seasoned professional whose career in construction epitomizes excellence, versatility, and a commitment to quality. With over 17 years of experience under his tool belt, Brinkley's journey in the industry is marked by notable milestones in luxury custom homes, tenant improvements, and office construction.

We are particularly excited to welcome back Owen, who worked alongside many of the same team members when the company was known as John Anderson Construction.

Owen cut his teeth in the trade by refinishing hardwood floors throughout pricey San Diego neighborhoods. His knack for the industry and dedication to learning catapulted him into significant projects, including transformational work on a hotel remodel, a hardware store, and two high-end real estate offices. His remarkable craftsmanship did not go unnoticed; these projects became steppingstones to even greater responsibilities.

Three years into his burgeoning career, Brinkley took up a post with GLA Morris, a commercial construction firm out of Truckee. He honed his leadership skills here, operating as a project superintendent and expanding his expertise into high-end residential remodels.

His unmatched communication skills and leadership style set Brinkley apart in his field. Known for being the friendly face of the company, Owen has cultivated strong relationships with upper management and maintains a robust rapport with his team. Approachable and respectful, he has established himself as a leader who is never intimidating and is always ready to help, encourage, and answer any queries his team might have.

More profound than his professional achievements is his personal "why?" — the driving force behind his tireless work ethic and the energy he devotes to each project. A man of faith and family, Owen sees his Christian principles as central to his identity. His devotion is mirrored by his two sons (aged 1 and 4), two daughters, and his wife, the bedrock of his world.

David Squier

David Squier - Project Manager
A Strong Measure of Business Acumen

David is a strong business analyst and project manager for our team. Skilled in contract negotiations, project estimation, financial controls, and schedule management, he keeps projects moving forward.

From his work at Block Rock Building Construction and The Turf Authority, David mastered the art of asking tough questions and finding viable solutions. This former running back for Oregon State understands the power of speed and team collaboration.

Today, you’ll find David in his off hours coaching his kids’ football teams, boating at Lake Tahoe, racing dirt bikes, and embracing the role of being a dad.

Tristan Nollsch

Tristan Nollsch - Assistant Project Manager
The Young Gun

Born in Carson City and raised in Minden, Tristan is a local to the northern Nevada community. His background stems from a multitude of different trades leading up to his 7 years of construction experience including natural gas pipe fitting, electrical and carpentry. After spending years in the field, Tristan decided to go back to school and is working on a bachelor’s degree in construction management to expand and further his career in the construction industry. Tristan is an asset to the team assisting the management of bid platforms, project management, and estimating all while going to school.

On his off time, you’ll find him wandering our great mountains on his dirt bike and camping with his pups.

Glennie Donahue

Glennie Donahue
The Organized Office Manager & Bookkeeper

Glennie is our Apex office manager and is integral to the business and its day-to-day operations. She is a Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) with certifications in accounting, payroll, QuickBooks, and a Notary Public in Nevada.

This original California girl joins Apex after spending her career mainly in manufacturing. No stranger to construction terms, Glennie works with our numerous vendors, subcontractors, and clients to keep multiple projects moving forward.

With a strong background in human resources, Glennie manages employee relations from onboarding to payroll and benefits while ensuring we remain HR compliant.

When not keeping the entire office organized, Glennie spends time with her small family, which welcomed an adorable baby girl in May 2023.
